It Is None of My Business What Other People Think of Me
Change is in the air. I see the birds nesting and the trees budding and am excited about the warmer days and brighter nights. Change is a constant in all of our lives and yet, as we make the decision to change, challenges begin to surface. The resistance may live within us for a time, and then manifest outside of ourselves through the action of others. Friends may look at us with curiosity as they hear us speaking in a self-supportive way that is foreign to them. Family may feel threatened by the changes that are happening, unsure who this person is that is living with them. She/he has changed, I like the "old" him/her better. As voice inside says: "Oh no I may lose their love if I change." We then may return to old habits and recycle our story instead of changing it. As I embrace change in my life, I have affirmed:
"It is None of My Business What Other People Think of Me",
thereby calming my fears and making it possible for me to really stay present.
Change is a daily occurrence and with it comes a different way of relating to
our environment. I see myself feeling uncomfortable when someone attempts to
treat me the way I used to accept being treated... What do I do...
I say: "It is None of My Business What Other People Think of Me",
as I speak my new truth and take back my power.

"It is None of My Business What Other People Think of Me"
Today, I relax and move comfortably into change.
I give myself permission to dream a new dream and create a new reality.
I release all past pain and expectations.
I am free to choose me and set myself free.
... and so it is
Love and blessings, Liz
